Hi there and welcome to the Strong Side! I’m Cali, a certified kettlebell coach dedicated to helping women 30+ get stronger with purposeful programming that keeps them moving well and feeling confident.
My fitness journey started way back in 2005. I did LOTS of cardio, ate LITTLE bits of food and experienced the hanger, cravings, and fatigue to go along with it. I lost weight, yes, but I was still far from loving myself or my body. Finding strength training—and eventually kettlebells—completely changed my outlook on fitness. Working out was once simply something I “had” to do to fulfill a certain look.
Now, it brings more joy to my life than I ever could have imagined. You can barely get me away from my bells I love them so much! I genuinely believe fitness is SO fun NOT just a means to an end. I am stronger and more confident than ever and it’s my mission to teach you how to achieve that too.
If you’ve ever felt like you were doing all the workouts but still not seeing results—or worse, feeling tight, achy, or constantly sore—you’re not alone. Many women get stuck in this cycle of constantly adding MORE when they really just need BETTER. My goal is to show you the difference and help you become your strongest and most radiant, thriving self.
I help you eliminate the constant feeling of being stiff and achy, love how your body looks and moves, and actually enjoy the process of training. It’s not about doing more, more, more. it’s about doing what works. There’s a smarter, more sustainable way to get results that keeps me and my clients coming back every week, and I’m confident you’re going to love it too!
