Strong Side Kettlebell was created out of my love for strength training, my desire to improve my own movement quality and help other women do the same, and my frustration with how most women are taught to train. Because what I kept seeing (and personally experiencing) was this:
Women working hard… doing everything “right,” and still feeling stuck, inconsistent, or constantly starting over. That’s what led me to build a different approach.
My coaching philosophy isn’t typical. And honestly… I’m not either 🤪 but here’s what I know works—especially for women 35+ who want strength that actually lasts:
We train strength as a skill.
We don’t chase random workouts or perfection. We take a methodical approach—building movement, control, and strength step by step. This is how you stop starting over and start doing things you didn’t think were possible anymore, or maybe ever.
We move with intention.
No mindless reps. No “just sweat and survive.”
You’ll learn how to:
Feel your movements
Improve your form
Build strength and mobility at the same time
