Like so many women, I started my fitness journey chasing skinny and a number on the scale. I wanted to lose those “last 10lbs” and have a flat tummy. That was 20 years ago 😅
Now, as I approach 40, my goals look very different. My body, priorities, and responsibilities have evolved and so has the way I train. These days, I want workouts that support long-term health, help me move with freedom and confidence (not aches and pains), and allow me to fully enjoy life — whether that’s hiking, biking, playing with my nieces and nephews, or exploring new cities.
That’s where kettlebells come in.
Through kettlebell training, I have connected with my body on a deeper level. I’ve learned to move with control, coordination, and confidence. I am stronger than I ever thought possible and trust my body to take on new challenges without fear of injury. Today, I don’t just feel *fit* — I feel athletic, energized, and deeply at home in my body.
As your coach, it is my mission to help you have this experience for yourself. Because when you learn to move well, build strength, and start trusting in your abilities everything in life feels lighter — whether that’s carrying groceries, keeping up with your kids, or simply moving through your day without pain—and you get to enjoy life more.

At Strong Side Kettlebell we practice moving with skill and intention so our bodies can stay strong, mobile, and resilient for years to come.
