LIFT HAPPY FOUNDATIONS
A 12-week strength and conditioning program for individuals just coming back to a fitness routine and those who are looking to dial in their technique with foundational movements and kettlebell skills like swings, cleans, presses and getups.
This program will help you increase conditioning, build full body strength, get confident with common exercises and prepare you for more challenging physical activity with 3 full body workouts each week, just 45-60 minutes.
