Class Descriptions & Schedule
Functional strength for a stronger life. Train all of the major muscle groups and movement patterns with full body workouts that build strength, power, balance, coordination, mobility, and overall conditioning. A challenging 45-60 minute class that will put your body and mind to the test!

Iron & Oxygen
Build strength and improve mobility in this class that blends kettlebell skills, breath work, and mobility exercises that keep you feeling strong & supple (45 mins)

Mobility & Muscles
A kettlebell focused class with beginners in mind. This is perfect for anyone new to kettlebell training and those looking to level up their skills even more. Learn the fundamentals and progress your skills each week as you build strength and confidence with your movement.

Membership Options
Access to all class types and times (excluding small group) each month. All members also have an individual Somble account to view programming, track progress, connect with other Strong Side members, access on-demand workouts and communicate with Coach Cali.
Access to all class types and times (excluding small group) during two week trial period. Membership expires 14 days from date of purchase. No exceptions. Option to upgrade to recurring monthly membership within 14 day trial.
Single class pass for non-members. Valid for 1 class only. Expires 7 days from date of purchase. No exceptions.
Small group training runs in 8-12 week cycles. All participants start and end each cycle at the same time (with a max of 6 people per class), following the program together with modifications based on individual need.

Small Group Training - price varies based on program
Personal Training - starting at $325/month
Train 1:1 or 2:1 with Coach Cali for a truly individualized and focused experience that will take your results to the next level. Packages available for 1-3x per week and custom programming is always included. Please complete an application to discuss your goals and determine if 1:1 training is right for you!
Form Check/Technique Review - $125 per session
Break through plateaus, make movements feel stronger, smoother, and more powerful and level up your training game with a 60 minute session dedicated to dialing in your movement quality and technique on specific kettlebell/strength skills of your choosing. Walk away with drills and cues you can implement to see immediate and continued improvements.
